Марс-Экстра
Описание
концентрированное моюще- дезинфицирующее средство.
МДС “Марс-экстра” предназначено для машинного и ручного мытья и обеззараживания стеклотары, технологического оборудования в молоко-, мясо-, рыбоперерабатывающей, пивной, пивобезалкогольной и винодельческой промышленности.
Обладает дезинфицирующими свойствами в отношении индикаторных культур в концентрации 1 % и более.
Технологические рекомендации
Средство “Марс-экстра” применяется в виде водных растворов. Для приготовления рабочих растворов используется чистая водопроводная вода. Перед приготовлением растворов средство следует тщательно перемешать. Концентрация моющего средства в рабочем растворе подбирается в зависимости от степени загрязненности очищаемого оборудования, жесткости применяемой воды и составляет от 5 до 25 г на 1 литр (от 0,5 до 2,5% растворы).
Рекомендуемые температуры рабочих растворов от 40...80 С при циркуляционной и погружной мойке. При ручной мойке температура может быть снижена до 25..40 С.
После операции мойки обязательно прополоснуть изделия чистой водой.
Техническая характеристика
МДС “Марс-экстра” представляет собой жидкость, от светло-желтого до светло-коричневого цвета со слабым запахом щелочи.
Средство разработано на основе четвертично- аммонийных соединений с учетом последних достижений в области мойки и дезинфекции.
Пенообразующая способность умеренная, что позволяет применять его как в струйных, так и в погружных моечных машинах с интенсивным возбуждением раствора.
Средство легко удаляется ополаскиванием.
Готовый продукт “Марс-экстра” и рабочие растворы не обладают специфическими выделениями. Нетоксичен. Взрыво- и пожаробезопасен. Средство не способно образовывать токсичных соединений в присутствии других веществ и факторов.
Выбросов загрязняющих веществ, в природную среду нет.
Безопасность и хранение.
1.Не допускать попадания концентрата средства и его рабочих растворов на кожу и слизистые оболочки. При попадании - немедленно промыть под струей воды.
2. Средство “Марс-экстра” пожаро-, взрывобезопасно.
3.Средство рекомендуется хранить в крытых складских помещениях в плотно закрытой непрозрачной таре при положительных температурах.
4.Средство замерзает, после размораживания и перемешивания сохраняет свои свойства.
