Техническое моющее средство “САРжа”, предназначено для очистки активных элементов теплообменных аппаратов от накипи, ржавчины, и отложения солей, в том числе в водопроводных системах..
Рекомендуемая область применения.
Железная дорога- для промывки систем отопления вагонов и баков водоснабжения.
Энергетика- для очистки котлов и теплообменных аппаратов от накипи, ржавчины, и отложения солей
Техническая характеристика
Техническое моющее средство “САРжа” представляет собой смесь анионных поверхностно-активных веществ (ПАВ) с добавками неионных ПАВ, органические и неорганические кислоты, неорганические компоненты.
Средство “САРжа” обладает невысоким пенообразованием, не требует пеногасящих добавок. Техническое моющее средство “САРжа” позволяет промывать засоренные отопительные системы и отопительные котлы.
Средство позволяет применять воду практически любой жесткости, легко смывается, не вызывает коррозии поверхности.
Технология применения.
Средство “САРжа” применяется в виде водных растворов,
Раствор приготавливают путем разведения средства САРжа в водопроводной воде.
Рекомендуемые пропорции от 5 до 25 %
Температура от 20 до 100 С
Приготовленный раствор закачивается в промываемую систему (отопительный котел, теплообменный агрегат).
Делается выдержка в течении 15… 24 часов (в зависимости от загрязненности)
При возможности организуется циркуляция раствора.
По окончании цикла очистки отработанный раствор сливается в фекальную канализацию.
Примечание. Отработанный раствор можно использовать для мытья производственных помещений: полов, окрашенных панелей, оборудования и т. д.
Безопасность и хранение.
1.Не допускать попадания концентрата средства и его рабочих растворов на кожу и слизистые оболочки. При попадании - немедленно промыть под струей воды.
2.Средство “САРжа” пожаро-, взрывобезопасно. Не агрессивно к лакокрасочным покрытиям
3.При температурных перепадах возможно выпадение осадка, который устраняется перемешиванием.
4.Средство рекомендуется хранить в крытых складских помещениях в плотно закрытой таре при положительных температурах.
5.Средство замерзает, после размораживания сохраняет свои свойства.
